Service Level Report

Here at Festive we have decided to take the unprecedented step of publishing our service level report information to keep you the customer informed about how we performed overall in 2012.


Last year saw huge growth of 45% and also included the purchase of the 111 year old Widmanns business which obviously brought its own challenges but proved successful.

Our order fulfilment rate rose to 98.4%, will right first time performance of 97.9%, incredible levels of service unheard of in the Christmas industry.

Our largest area of growth in 2012 was our lighting category, our range doubled in size and turnover grew by a HUGE 730%, customers really bought into the new packaging and the fact that our lighting range is designed and selected by our QA team.

So far our returns rate for last year is 0.28%, which has surpassed our expectations and should give customers considering their 2013 lighting range food for thought when choosing their supplier.

We will of course continue to work hard to improve all levels of our quality and service and we welcome feedback regarding our performance.
