An important update from Festive - COVID-19
Dear Valued Customer
We are writing to let you know that following the Prime Minister’s address last night, our board of directors have taken the decision to temporarily close down our head office site for the next 3 weeks.
A number of our office based and field sales staff have been working remotely for over a week now, in line with previous government advice, and this will continue to be the case for the foreseeable future. During this period you will be able to contact the team via the usual telephone numbers and emails – all of the phonelines have been diverted so that calls can be taken from home.
Obviously this is a very difficult period for many of our customers, lots of you have now closed your doors and will no doubt face much uncertainty over the coming weeks. We, like all of you, can only follow advice and play our part in trying to stop the spread of the virus further – in the hope that we can return to some normality as quickly as possible.
Whilst Christmas seems a long way off, if there is anything we can do to support you in any way during this period, please do not hesitate to get in touch. If we can help with administrative tasks or provide any information you may be missing, then we are still here to help.
In addition to being contactable in the usual ways, our trade website remains fully operational and if you need us to provide you with a login, then please come back to us.
